An agency that can be held to a number.

We're a small, senior team that works only with law firms. No junior pods, no white-label subcontracting, no channel we won't answer for.

Legal marketing is sold on effort. It should be sold on outcome.

Almost every legal marketing contract is written around inputs: articles published, keywords tracked, hours logged, campaigns managed. Those are all things an agency controls. None of them are things a firm can bank.

We built Growth For Legal around the opposite premise — that the only defensible unit of work is a signed case, and that an agency should be willing to put that number at the top of its own reporting even when it's unflattering.

In practice that means we say no a lot. No to firms whose intake would waste the leads. No to markets where the maths can't work at the budget available. No to channels a client wants to run because a competitor is running them.

If we can't draw a line from your invoice to a retainer, we shouldn't be sending you an invoice.

How we actually run.

These aren't values on a wall. Each one changes something concrete about how an engagement works.

Measure at the retainer

Reporting begins with signed cases and works backwards through consults, leads and spend. Traffic appears in the appendix, not the headline — it's a diagnostic, not a result.

One team, one accountable owner

Your strategist owns search, paid and conversion together. When paid social produces a cheap lead that never signs, the same person who bought it has to explain it.

Exclusivity by market

We work with one firm per practice area per metro. Bidding two clients against each other is good for an agency's revenue and terrible for both firms' cost per case.

You own everything

Your ad accounts, your analytics, your site, your content, your call tracking. On day one and on the day you leave. Nothing we build is held hostage to the relationship.

Compliance is not optional

State bar advertising rules, disclaimer requirements and platform policy for legal services are part of the brief, not an afterthought handled by your compliance counsel later.

Small on purpose.

Everyone who touches your account has run legal campaigns before. We'd rather turn work away than hire ahead of the standard.
