Meta ad landing pages.
One booking page per practice area, plus the dark video landers for broad targeting, so each ad points at copy that matches its creative and the conversions come back separated. All of them run the same calendar as /get-started.
Generic — video lander

Family Law — video lander

Family Law & Divorce

They duplicate the /get-started offer. Two versions of one offer competing for the same query is what the noindex on each page prevents — and keeping them out of the practice-area navigation means a visitor is never sent to an ad page instead of the real one. Anyone with this URL can still reach them, so treat it as convenient rather than private.
Append them as normal — Cal forwards the whole query string onto the booking, so utm_source, utm_campaign and utm_content land on the record. If you send a link with no parameters, the page fills in utm_content from its own slug so the booking is still attributable. A real utm_content from the ad is never overwritten.
Each page fires the standard Schedule event on a completed booking, tagged with content_category — leads-generic, leads-family-law-dr, leads-personal-injury, leads-immigration or leads-family-law. Note the two family law pages report separately: leads-family-law-dr is the video lander, leads-family-law is the calendar-first one. Break the Schedule conversion down by that parameter to see which practice area produced the bookings.
