Family Law & Divorce

Find the divorce cases decided months before the call.

Book a free thirty-minute call with someone who runs family law campaigns every day. People research divorce privately for months before they contact anyone. We'll show you how much of that window your firm is actually present for.

The months before anyone calls

Not just “divorce lawyer” pages, but the questions asked far earlier — process, cost, custody, property, timelines, alternatives. That is where the relationship is actually formed.

Enquiry paths that feel private

A form that lands in a shared inbox, a call that rings through to reception. We walk your enquiry paths the way a client who has told nobody yet would walk them.

Retargeting tuned for slow decisions

A consideration window measured in months needs long windows and hard frequency caps. Aggressive retargeting on this subject matter is intrusive, and it can reach the wrong household member.

High-asset work, priced separately

Complex property division and high-net-worth matters are a different service with different economics. Marketed alongside volume divorce work, they disappear.

Bring your monthly spend, roughly how many matters you open, and what an average matter is worth. Don't have those to hand? Book anyway.

Before you book.

Only. We don't run dentists, roofers or SaaS, and every benchmark and bid strategy we own was built inside legal against legal advertising rules. We also take one firm per practice area per metro, so we are never bidding two clients against each other — which means some markets are closed, and we'll tell you on the call if yours is one of them.

It is, run with restraint. The mistakes in family law are tonal rather than technical: creative that treats a divorce like a transaction, retargeting that follows someone around a shared device, intake that opens with price. We'll go through what we would and would not run for you, and why.

Thirty minutes on your numbers, not a slide deck about our process. We look at what you're spending, what it's producing, and where the gap between the two is coming from. You leave with the plan written down, and you're free to hand it to your current agency instead of us.

Retainers scale with scope and how contested your market is, and media spend sits on top of that. We'll give you a real range once we know the markets and the case volume you're aiming for. Firms below a certain spend are usually better off doing this in-house, and we'd rather say so than take the retainer.

Ninety days, then month-to-month. The first quarter is non-negotiable because building tracking, restructuring accounts and shipping content takes that long before any of it means anything. You own everything throughout — ad accounts, analytics, site, content, call tracking — on day one and on the day you leave.

Paid channels can produce enquiries inside the first month, though family law enquiries convert to signed matters more slowly than most practice areas because the decision itself is slow. Organic search realistically takes two to three quarters before it contributes meaningfully.
